Rooms & Suites

Enjoy unrivalled comfort in one of Aveyron's finest hotels

Space, privacy & peace and quiet

At the heart of the little village of Sauveterre de Rouergue in Aveyron, the Le Sénéchal hotel embodies the preserved, authentic charm of this bastide listed in the 18th-century.

The 11 rooms and suite behind the half-timbered façade with exposed stone are decorated with as much elegance and simplicity, mixing hand-picked furniture, contemporary designs and terra cotta covering the floor that has built up a patina.

The rooms have wide openings, benefitting from wonderful light and provide a peaceful setting in which to relax. During your stay, you’ll appreciate the personal touches and high-end services during your stay, which demonstrate the hotel’s high standards.

Traditional breakfast
In a country where gastronomy is known to be an art, giving your taste buds a treat starts with breakfast at Le Sénéchal.

Those with a sweet tooth can book the classic menu and enjoy pastries and bread spread with Aveyron honey or jam made at the hotel, a farmhouse fromage frais, a compote made using apples from the garden, fresh fruit and juice, served with a hot drink.

Those who like a traditional breakfast will appreciate the unmissable experience of a real Aveyron breakfast: dry sausage, the local friton charcuterie, ham, tripe braised with herbs and Laguiole cheese, all with a glass of Marcillac wine and coffee. Just what you need to set you up for a day of exploring the region.
